As of today, InterBering, LLC is more than 99% owned by its founder, Fyodor Soloview. The company has no debts or obligations, no large investors, and no formal partners at this time.

InterBering is independent and is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or funded by any political party, nor by any foreign or domestic government or governmental entity. We do not accept contributions or arrangements that could create dependence or compromise our independence, compliance, or decision-making.

US High Speed Rail Association  – The premier membership advocacy organization and trade association advancing fast rail in America. Founded in 2009 to build public, business, and political support for a national high-speed rail network.
California High-Speed Rail Authority  – Plans, designs, builds, and will operate the high-speed rail connecting California’s mega-regions. Phase 1 aims for San Francisco to Los Angeles in under three hours.
BNSF  – One of the largest freight rail networks in North America with approximately 32,500 miles of track across the western United States.
Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities  – Alaska State Rail Plan documents and related rail planning resources.
Russian Railways (RZhD)  – Russia’s state-owned vertically integrated railway company, operating freight and passenger services across the country.
China State Railway Group (China Railway)  – State-owned rail operator and infrastructure manager in Mainland China, operating nationwide passenger and freight services.

  • Vendor and EPC partnerships will be evaluated based on technical capability, safety record, and long-term alignment with the Bering rail corridor concept.
  • Future integration with U.S., Canadian, Russian, and other rail networks would require regulatory coordination and phased engineering and environmental review.
  • Expressions of interest are welcome from freight and passenger rail operators, rolling stock manufacturers, engineering firms, tunneling specialists, energy and signaling contractors, logistics providers, and regional developers.
