InterBering, LLC is an independent company dedicated to research, public information, and advancing discussion of the proposed Bering Strait tunnel and connecting railways. No formal project partnerships are currently in place.
InterBering is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or funded by any political party or any foreign or domestic government or governmental entity. Any future cooperation would be evaluated for transparency, compliance with applicable laws, and respect for independent decision-making.
We welcome professional inquiries from developers, engineering companies, researchers, financial institutions, and other organizations interested in evaluating the project and discussing possible cooperation. Our Membership & Investments page outlines potential approaches to project financing, organization, and management. It does not offer LLC membership interests or other securities for purchase.

– The premier membership advocacy organization and trade association advancing fast rail in America. Founded in 2009 to build public, business, and political support for a national high-speed rail network.

– Plans, designs, builds, and will operate the high-speed rail connecting California’s mega-regions. Phase 1 aims for San Francisco to Los Angeles in under three hours.

Notes for Prospective Partners
- Vendor and EPC partnerships will be evaluated based on technical capability, safety record, and long-term alignment with the Bering rail corridor concept.
- Future integration with U.S., Canadian, Russian, and other rail networks would require regulatory coordination and phased engineering and environmental review.
- Expressions of interest are welcome from freight and passenger rail operators, rolling stock manufacturers, engineering firms, tunneling specialists, energy and signaling contractors, logistics providers, and regional developers.
